Hello and welcome to ‘A way to live well”. Since 2012, this blog has been the place for me to share the nutritious and delicious food inspirations from my adventures in the kitchen, my love of sharing and practicing Yoga and the knowledge I have gained from my journey and holistic training in massage therapy, reflexology and nutrition.
