Through yoga, holistic therapies, and nutrition, I help people find the natural harmonious balance in their bodies which leads to a healthy, happy life.
Yoga has been such a powerfully fulfilling and empowering path for me and it’s such an honour to be able to share that with others. My classes draw inspiration from Yoga Synergy, a flowing, energising style of yoga that was developed with a modern understanding of physiology and anatomy.
My appreciation of the body—its needs, its movement, and its inner structures—is also reflected in my work as a holistic therapist and nutrition coach.
