Ana Maria, originally from the wild windswept West coast of Ireland, is a traveler, barefoot runner, massage therapist, nutritional advisor and yoga instructor. She studied fine art in university but after traveling through South America realised a different path was calling her. In 2013 she began teaching yoga in beautiful Guatemala where her mother is from, and now teaches in London.
She has trained with world renowned teachers Simon Borg-Olivier and Bianca Machliss in the style of synergy vinyasa yoga. And with the wonderful Anna Ashby her restorative guru here in London. Ana Maria is so grateful to her supremely knowledgeable teachers.

Adopting a holistic approach to her teaching she believes in creating a sustainable practice. “Yoga is for life”
She creates a flowing practice with strong but conscious asana, energy building sequences with moments of calm throughout.

She believes that strengthening the mind body connection through yoga, treating imbalances of the body with massage and eating a natural whole food diet is the ultimate healing system for bringing good health and wellbeing to all.

She takes her work seriously but never takes herself too seriously, believing that laughter and fun are also important ingredients in the recipe for a life worth loving.
